The main goal of i-rate.org is to be a source of information about local businesses. Here you can find addresses of local business, and, most importantly, you can find out about other user's experiences with this business. You are also encouraged to rate the business yourself, and leave a comment to help others that are trying to find the best supplier for their needs.

Are there any fees for using i-rate.org?

No, i-rate.org is provided free of charge.

How do I enter my rating of a local business?

Using i-rate.org is quite intuitive. Search and select the local business you would like to rate. On the details screen, which is reached by clicking on the business name from the search results screen, you can select your rating by clicking the appropriate star (from 1=Very poor to 5=Excellent). Please also enter a comment into the 'Comment' field to explain why you rated the company as you did. Consider aspects like quality of service, prompness, cost etc. If the business you'd like to rate is not in our database yet, you can enter it into the system by clicking the 'Add new company' link.

Why are some of my comments not shown?

Comments should be to the point and relevant for our users. We reserve the right to delete comments that are abusivem insulting or otherwise inappropriate.

Who should enter ratings?

To ensure the quality of the ratings, please only enter a rating if you have personal experience with the service delivered by the selected company.

The company information is incorrect or incomplete, how can I correct an entry?

On the details screen, you can select the edit link to update the company information. The updated information will become visible after verification, usually within 24 hours.
